He is only bringing out what many white rich men in charge on the conservative end, and the previously slaveholding side of history have done for centuries in America: packaging his language and phrasing with the presuppositions with this construct of inferior intelligence and “lazy” work ethic of black Americans, that the skills and abilities of the African “brute” must be taught to them, and they can only be taught manual skills, low tasks. It may sound demented, but this white construct he and Trump speak from is centuries old in a daily habituated chain of speech and action of the white rich and the white conservative and even centrist politicians.
