Your words mean so much Richard, , as I am most of the time, in a deep pit of self-chosen isolation (it's mostly very nurturing and peaceful) while my only contacts really, are with people whom I feel a moral responsibility for, my nephew and my mother... who for their survival, cannot affirm anything positive about me.

I am just now psyching myself to drive over to spend the next couple of days with my mother. I will give her massages, take her out to the seaside, and hope none of my siblings turn up!

I am very grateful for your kindness in making the effort to read adn respond when your energy levels are low. That is truly a gift I treasure. Hugs!
