While Socrates said ‘The Unexamined Life is not Worth Living’, I say the Unexamined Eurokleptomania is Making Life on Planet Earth Unliveable’
After 500 years of multiplying mayhem, what is the world’s fundamental need concerning the spread of blind Western greed?
It is Color-ful People who must lead
For we’re the ones who will heal, the world, so polluted;
From the Himalayas to the Andes
With rain forests uprooted,
The stolen wealth of hedge fund managers,
Hero-worshipped,
Starvation everywhere but Europe, embedded,
Animals displaced out of their habitats,
Pandemics galore, happening more and more
The tally of the sick, the dying and the dead,
Is wrought in the weeping eyes of we, the survivors
From the copper mines of Chile, to the sanctioned heart of Cuba
And the petroleum sucked from Arabia, to Peru
What’s being waged is war
But the one percent’s not keeping score
All life-loss is to them, just a little, collateral damage
