While I agree that learning about 4th many manifestations fo racism is no joy, it is clarifying an even affirming a lone individual's experiences, so they are better armoured to handle gaslighting around say, workplace racism.

I do not feel my emotion is being exploited, but rather that I can be part of a community raising their voices above the narrative of Paleface domination.
