When I was 16, I decided it was irresponsible to have children when mothers had DDT in breast milk... I though t if I can't protect my children from pesticides from the moment of their birth it was wrong to give birth. Few people have enough courage, logic or love for children - most people have children to secure their relationship , they 'feel broody', someone to care for them, make them feel important ... it's a combination of stupidity and selfishness mostly. I suppose that is an unpopular view too!
