What? This is a rather ridiculous notion of freedom! Predators exist.

Do we ensure our own and kid's safety or do we proclaim in the name of a mythical 'freedom', that we will go right up to where we know they are hungrily prowling?

I like the summer breeze coming through my front door, but instead of tempting burglars, I will lock that door.

I will fight if I have to, but I don't want my every waking moment to have to be on high alert. Such a little bi too care and awareness, creates more a peaceful day plus the freedom not to have to deal with the damn predator.
