In short, exploiting people for profit is a harsh reality that is particularly prevalent amongst those who are displaced and in exile. Not having access to supportive services and a social safety net sets one up to be victimized by sociopathic narcissists impersonating authorized immigration consultants or licensed attorneys in good standing.
