This sounds a lot like my disgraceful, very cowardly sisters... they all defer to Mr Big Bully the Outwardly Charming Narcissist . The eldest sister even permitted him to punch her son in the face repeatedly ... while playing the victim herself.

Cowards are downright dangerous - in some ways more than the covert bully, so it's better to keep far far away. I am so glad you have seen through all the dysfunction
