This reminded me of a scene which I think is from the film, Schindler's List.

The Nazi camp superintendent is organising the construction of a building and a young Jewish women , urgently and loudly explains to him, a defect in the plans which renders the building dangerous.

The Nazi camp superintendent simply lifts pulls out his pistol and shoots the woman in the head. Then he tells the workers to implement the changes she had said were needed.

Why anyone admires this Musty Musk caricature of a petty egotistical bully, is not clear to me.
