So the key to escaping the negative thought loop is to realize that abusive people are just like volcanoes and hurricanes. They have no awareness. They may have surface intentionality, but it is a delusional intentionality based purely on their programming. They are just harmful bots. Why waste emotional energy on a bot? That would be pointless.
