This is really important; it happened tome from childhood on, in an unconscious way.... there is an overlapping of emotion, soul, call it what you will, in our family of origin . It can be really hard to separate our sense of what we are responsible for, from the needy demands of loved ones, who complain, want your help, but then fall in the same hole again and again!
