Israel not only backed the fascist atrocities in Lebanon, they actively took part in them when they created a fake terrorist group, the FLLF (Front for the Liberation of Lebanon from Foreigners), from 1979 to 1983, which murdered hundreds in massive bomb attacks, specifically in order to provoke retaliation from the PLO to break their ceasefire. Israel laid siege on West Beirut (June-August 1982) and ignored international pleas against this war crime. They murdered 17,000 civilians. Palestinians and Lebanese alike.

There is so much truth-telling here, that it is overwhelming to realise how much the Western media has been in the hands of killers who cover up their crimes and academics and journalists who take cushy jobs on the basis that they will do nothing to stop the vast omissions and lies.
