There are noble, loving, protective males born into Muslim families but sadly those with a nasty controlling nature exploit sayings from the Koran to justify their goal of domination. It's just the same as you have the Christinas using the Bible, to exploit and massacre, 'heathens' and take their lands and goods, and you also have Christians like the Quakers, who with the same Bible, as their reference point, declare that, 'there is that of God in all'.

I'm going to write a bit more on this today actually . Thank you for showing me the necessity for that.

I'm really finding Medium so very meaningful in how it sparks deeper thought about consequencs of our words, as well as the importance of reaching out and finding respectful, life-generating connection.
