The problem is not with what people and more particularly, men THINK but what men are likely to do - revealing clothes do encourage such men to act like predators.

That is the reality and failing to teach girls that th kind of attention they will get when they expose cleavage and their bum, is not the kind that is respectful; it is degrading and makes them vulnerable.
