The only women I've known who have not allowed themselves to be victimised are the women from places like Thailand and the Philippines, who have no fairy tales obscuring the truth that unless it is the woman they MARRY and have a child with, men USE women and discard them when it becomes convenient to do so. This is an ugly truth too many women fail to see - at great cost to themselves.... I admire the honesty of this author and wish other women would learn the ugly truth before they are also hurt.
