The majority of people in the exploiting nations of the Anglo-American Empire and the NATO regimes, do not look much beyond next month's pay check.

For the exploited Global South, people are surviving day to day... so that really only leaves the middle income nations with the political and cultural resources to shift the trajectory of civilisational collapse on a global stage.
