The fact is that all the European countries and the nations they invaded, both in recent decades, and the past few centuries when Indigenous people were massacred and then their lands 'settled'/resources stolen, while the leader is the USA-UK (plus their cousins in Australia, Canada and NZ, Europe-based White nations definitely play pivotal roles, providing weaponry, soldiers/finance etc etc... for the continuous warfare in which most of the planet is being bombed/starved, sanctioned into submission, so they are all complicit and together form, White Empire.

This is a great expression that the author has coined as it exposes the unifying theme beneath the show of disparate nations.

Also, the term 'White Empire', racialises Whites, who have done nothing but racialise everyone else on the planet while presenting themselves as the neutral standard bearers fora humanity that excludes everyone else.
