The concept of 'bullshit jobs' is pretty central to keeping us busy with useless things so we have no time to think and analyse the truths that are omitted /denied/actively erased (as we are currently seeing with the push to ban books that expose history beyond the whitewashed version of the Confederate flag-wavers) in the USA.
