SO glad you had the courage to call her and the editors out on their good-for-nothing lack of integrity and professionalism. Your article is helping me to see erasure in various aspects of my life - from being the sole support to my brother's white girlfriends, whom he hurt a lot by refusing to acknowledge her presence in his life to anyone in the family... yet once things got better, they have both cold-shouldered me and all the times across ten years, they turned to me for support are forgotten. Then there are work situations and should I mention the white male whose dissertation I wrote (he had mentally collapsed from the strain) and who as a consequence of my writing his dissertation plus essays, was soon earning three times my income.
