Thanks for this As u say in your title, 'a personal perspective, I thought you would be actually sharing specific expereneces, rather than just making the statement alone and then what sounds like a power point sort of presentation, rather than a personal essay/narrative. I think all thepoints you make a true and valid, but giving examples eg how and in what situations, you spoke up for yourself would have made t a much more emotionally satisfying and impactful message.
