Thank youfor such a brilliantly articulated explanation of invalidation... Many people act as if emotional abuse is kind of vague and fluffy and not to be taken too seriously - obviously not anything like as bad as physical abuse...

But I think the confused state you are driven into is much worse and has a life-killing effect like being stabbed or poisoned with arsenic.
