Thank you so much for courageously articulating these realities – just one point which might seem minor but is it ? The designations BIPOC or BAME are being increasingly used. Am I the only one to find these irritatingly lacking in evoking a sense of humanity, in contrast, by using the term, ‘White people’ that abstracted weirdness is completely avoided.
