Thank you Myrna for taking the time to write in detail. I do appreciate the truth in much of what you are saying.

I recall as a kid in the UK, being told about the pogrom in York, and it was of course, disgusting and horrifying . The periodic grabbing of jewish people's properties also appalling and totally wrong, ;along with the refusal to let jewish people working certain occupations, and so finance became an area of expertise.

I do not particularly identify with any patriarchal religion, Islam or others... I just have friends whoes grandparents lost their ancestral homes and lands, and were terrorised into leaving, thus made into refugees.

The kids being terrorised, buried alive, and getting amputations without anaesthetic, also do not deserve all this trauma. They were not even born when Hamas was voted in.

Nothing justifies this suffering and indiscriminate slaughter.

Just as Hitler's actions were reprehensible, beyond the power of words to condemn, so is this conduct and abuse of power by Israeli politicians and the Israeli Occupation Forces, is evil in an absolute sense. Thankfully there are Jewish people with the good sense to recognise this. I suggest you listen to an interview of the psychologist, Gabor Mate, for example, whose mother escaped from Nazi rule in Hungary, when he was a baby.
