Thank you - it's so sad because there are vast similarities in the culture of Arabs and Jews... I grew up identifying with Jewish culture as a teenage girl form a Muslim family... The film that most influenced me at a 19 year old was Yentl, as the parallels with Yentl seeking to go beyond what a woman was supposed to be about, paralleled my own struggle.
