I would like to add as a warning there is a practice by Israel-based property companies such as Engel who have front of staff from the country they are building flats in... they did a massive scam, giving all the British buyers a sudden change of bank account to deposit the third and final payment for flats that were being built . Then some 30 of us found that the mortgage was not cleared becasue that money disappeared and the managing executive disappererad to South America.
