This is causing not only physical death but also massive levels of trauma in each generation of those who have survived israels' military attacks. With th eexcpetion of Hama's rather basic rockets, the Palestinians have had only stones to throw at tanks demolishing their homes. Carnage is being caused by the most sophisticated weaponry, America's money can buy.
