Thank you Ernest ... it's always good to hear validating words.... actually I have been in two minds about whether to return to teaching after taking a break... Yesterday I decided not to attend the day long zoom meeting where everyone goes in circles and people lengthen the time on the call, just 'cos they are paid by the hour... and I thought no.. I will not attend. I would not the written have of what I have, this past year if I had been teaching. So, yes, it is good bye to all the administrative hoops : )
