Surely you know that thousands of Nazis were given American citizenship and continued to share their skill sets in the 'Land of the 'Free'? I don't suppose you have heard of all the assassinations of democratically elected leaders, such as Allende in Chile, of Patrice Lumumba ... and outstanding intellectuals there are dozens more stretching from the 1950's to the very present.
