Phew.... you have just about summarised the reach of the tentacles and sneaky tactics to isolate me as a popular college lecturer; students liked me as I centred them in my practice and curricula design, and sought to implement the college’s own equal opportunity policies. This was seen as threatening but instead of openly opposing /dismissing me, they were' making life unlivable' constantly changing the goal posts, with-holding information that disabled me from doing my job, and so many other shenanigans that I didn't recognise at the time.
