On reflection, I think the civil rights movement essentially failed, and just as in the UK, it enabled or rather, fostered, the opportunistic types of Black and Brown people like Suella and Rishi Sunak in th eUK or, Condoleena Rice, Obama, Nikki Haley - thee sellouts are willing to be complicit with any crimes against the Global Majority and their vulnerable populations at home, in order to gain favour with the billionaire class who own the political charade they misrepresent as 'democracy'.
