Here in the UK where I live, the local newspaper has a weekly column in which people are named and their with street location too, for petty theft or getting drunk and fighting. Meanwhile the real shits fouling up the entire world and creating conflicts, and all manner of mayhem, are rarely if ever named and get to enjoy the fruits of their ill-gotten gains in perfect peace.
