No problem with not knowing - it's when I have reached out, seeking understanding, I explain, weep, get exhausted, withdraw in despair because the people I loved and trusted, now don't want to hear me or see me, because they don't want to change , as the needed changed might well mean they lose their power and privilege.... that is the problem in a nutshell of why the good guys are really really bad.
