Love your encouraging words - thank you Tony Atkinson... sadly the unions have sine the mid 1980s or so, degenerated into mouthpieces for management - one college I worked at, the same cohort people had moved up the ranks of either the college admin or the union structure... they were all best friends with one another so a newcomer, could not get any protection when bullied by their manager.
