I've lived here many many years and this is the first time such a thing has happened... But it has become a 'society of strangers' increasingly, with social services adn police taking on functions very inadequately, that family and community were there for.ANd a lot of people are hiding behind the label of 'depression' or mental illness' just as a tactic to get away with what they want!
