I've always welcomed hearing hearing and discussing with people having all sorts of perspectives, but having the 'other side' label whatever point of view that differs from theirs, as hate speech', sort of shuts down dialogue, don't you think?

Also, why are generalisations to be construed as 'hate speech'? That also makes no sense, except as a manipulation to shut people down.
