It's taken many years of being at odds with people and managers in every job, and even in white social activist circles here in the U.K for me to realise that it's all a performance - those most oppressed and exploited are subject to open tyranny by the politicians planted in every pretend nation state that is being controlled by the corporate and military power of the sham western 'democracies.
