It really depends on how one defines 'security'. Does 'security' mean in the the sense that a foreign entity cannot invade, occupy and exploit one's nation? Or does 'security' mean, a nation should be able to 'secure' a larger share of the earth's resources from anywhere around the globe, at the price and conditions it imposes, to 'secure' it' parasitic, exploitative way of life, consuming and wasting more than the World Majority?
