Proceeding with this line of questioning, what is our standing up with and next to each other, in which the dialogue, respectively the creation, takes place? Is it not itself the only condition for the encounter to take place? There is no dialogicality that does not imply creation, nor vice versa. To return to the example of the artist, his dialogue with that which he wants to re-create (whether it is something from the surrounding world or a feeling, for example), and then with that on which he re-creates it, the canvas, is the ground for arriving at a space of dialogue between the work of art with its spectator.
