Indeed - in fact a few days ago I came across a short video of somewhere in Israel, a uniformed man kicking an Orthodox Jewish elder to the ground, sending him sprawling and his hat falling off too - and passersby didn't stop to help him.

It was awful - so much for democracy and freedom of expression.
