If I am making a reasoned presentation of facts, and all I get is one clap, from anyone I move to block. I take one clasp as equivalent to a slap.. the person is saying , I am here just to let you know I disapprove.

As for those who leave mindless kinds of insults - I block without even bothering to read to the end of their gobshite. I report and block them, so hopefully Medium acts on such hate speech.

Honestly we must be very vigilant, to protect our time and energy and inner peace.
