I thought a lot about this expression from you, 'shredded faith in the power of goodness'...

I realise that my faith in the power of my own goodness - sincerity, authenticity, compassion, generosity is stronger than ever, because I have lived up to my values, despite massive opposition and major difficulties in every single sphere of my life....

But as for my faith in others... that is not half as sturdy!
