I really don't know much about autism other than thinking vaguely that it is a different way of processing sensory information... I suppose I was thinking that if one gets negative labels attached and badmxperiences from m others, to that, then it paralyses confidence and development. I did watch tht video with you in mind, and supposed the guy who has apparently written the definitive book was able to discern what others hadn't.

And no, your response doesn't come across as harsh at all. You are just saying in a straightforward way, a contrary perspective .

Of course, I have watched that movie Rainman. He does have a phenomenal gift, and I suppose I wondered if with the right sort of support and encouragement, would he have been able to relate better to people?

On a funny , rather silly note, I read... Autumn is NOT A GIFT.

I was picking out some bright coloured leaves earlier today, funny how context shapes everything !

After learning how your father behaved I think you are an absolute walking miracle.

BTW I responded to one of your comments on the where I introduced the concept of the Eurokleptocene - honestly getting the photos passed by the editor on Politically speaking took far longer than writing the article. Finally, after numerous changes I resorted to doing a sketch of the photo I couldn't get a link to...

Writing on Medium is worth it as I found you! Thank your all your encouragement and for taking my ideas seriously.

And yeah, I'm waiting to read an article by you, in which you mention the 'Eruokleptocene' and why that is the appropriate term.
