I have found that there are people who deliberately manipulate / take advantage of the regulations put into force to protect say, women form domestic violence. and then we do get the odd opportunistic parasitic type of person, who, in order to gain their own ends... plays the victim card in order to gain custody of children and get alimony.

SO not everyone who weeps, is shading genuine tears.
