I had to laugh - th least time I was invited to address rally on a stage (it was at the people's park in Halifax, UK) I did have stuff thrown at me , a guy tried to hit me on my face with a stick, and lots of swear words were also directed at me... who knew Muslim men could get so offended by someone saying 'beheading your daughter 'cos she left Islam is wrong;'.

I've never thought of myself as an orator at all - but what a lovely thing to say... it makes me feel I should wear Greek style dress with lots of folds all held together with a fancy brooch!

Sorry - I'm just being light-hearted - it seems I have to let off steam like this sometimes...
