I feel we must be very firm in the belief that if someone's being undermining, nasty, mocking, deceitful, etc etc, then they have proven unworthy of MY respect, trust and love.

Their badness in the form of treachery, exploiting your trust, lying etc , does not make me unworthy, rather it makes THEM unworthy.

To learn the truth about them, we must celebrate, as we leave them behind.
