I appreciate your validation Susie... it seems the writers and readers of Virago are an exceptionally discerning and thoughtful bunch ! I n fact, I was half -expecting comments telling me I was crazy or to 'go back where I came from', (I have experienced both comments from others who might come across this analysis.

Anyway, it's marvellous to feel connected and understood... I also wanted to attend your session but it clashed within/others however I am looking forward to making time on Sunday to sit down and listen to both your sessions. Thank you for all you are doing to make the world a safer place for women. I would LOVE to attend one of your self defence workshops/courses. I also LOVE the name you came up with.
