That would actually be more logical. The Europeans had been the most criminal migrants, for centuries. At least when my dad came to the U.K, he worked and paid his taxes. I am seriously curious about whether you have heard of that or not. What about the famines caused by the British in the 1880's and 1890's? High taxation, combined with droughts, meant farmers were left with nothing to eat.
