How about Black commentators and influencers, calling out Black communities to parent and socialise their young men in such a way, that they will be taught to 'look out for and protect their own', whatever role they may perform in White America, as social worker, banker, or police officer... instead of being pawns in the racist system and seeking to become one with Massa?
