I then copied and pasted your article as a new document, and that seemed to have worked. But then I noticed your name was missing in the republished article. . I have therefore added your name directly under the subtitle.

Please take care not to publish first under your name and afterwards, submit to publication. it took a lot of back and forth to try and sort out and I am not sure this solution is the right one. Let me know what you think. Also please check the asterisk on the article as that is the way an editor communicates with the author. You haven't responded to several of my messages - so far!
