…. The biggest challenge may not be recovery from a traumatic relationship with a disordered people. There could be so much more coming our way. So we use the same strategies we used to regain some sense of control and composure when we were falling to pieces after the reality of our relationship slapped us across the face. We must be prepared for the next cold slap of reality and then rise up to be the warriors that we all can be.
